Primeturboflux Academy began as a late-night study circle for operators rotating through incident bridges across Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. We formalised the rituals — annotated dashboards, drill scorecards, portfolio critiques — because hiring panels kept asking for evidence, not buzzwords.

Principles

• Show the wiring — artefacts beat abstract promises.
• Keep cohorts small enough for awkwardly specific feedback.
• Treat every drill like a dress rehearsal, not a performance.
• Write for the teammate who joins the bridge at minute twelve.

Milestones

1. 2019 — first mentor-led reliability reading group hosted above Tanjong Pagar studios.
2. 2022 — hybrid labs launched with mirrored namespaces for APAC evening cohorts.
3. 2025 — portfolio rubric aligned with hiring panels from twelve partner organisations.
