Returns & Refunds

1. Scope
This policy applies to tuition-style fees published for Primeturboflux Academy cohort programmes and corporate training blocks. Custom statements of work may include different terms referenced in signed agreements.
2. Eligibility window
For public cohorts, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of payment if the cohort has not yet started and you have not accessed downloadable materials marked as non-refundable.
3. Partial refunds
After the eligibility window or once the cohort begins, refunds are assessed case by case for medical relocation, employer transfer, or documented hardship. Administrative fees may apply as disclosed during enrolment.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party examination vouchers, partner toolkit licences, and bespoke materials explicitly labelled non-refundable at purchase are excluded from standard refund paths.
5. Process
Email hello@primeturboflux.pro with your enrolment reference, cohort name, and reason. We respond within five business days with confirmation or requests for supporting documents.
6. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative traceable channel.
7. Singapore consumer notes
Nothing in this policy excludes rights consumers cannot contract away under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or other applicable Singapore law. If a statutory remedy applies, we will honour it alongside these operational steps.
