General Terms
Last updated: 2025-04-18
1. Agreement
By accessing primeturboflux.pro, enrolling in programmes, or submitting enquiries, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use of the site. Primeturboflux Academy may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
2. Services description
We provide professional education experiences including cohort courses, workshops, and mentoring labs focused on Site Reliability Engineering practices. Descriptions on the site are informational summaries, not binding offers until confirmed in writing by our admissions team.
3. Participant responsibilities
Participants must provide accurate registration details, respect intellectual property, follow lab safety and acceptable use rules, and refrain from sharing access credentials. You are responsible for securing your devices and accounts used during sessions.
4. Intellectual property
Curriculum materials, exercises, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal learning during active enrolment unless a separate licence is signed for corporate cohorts.
5. Liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Singapore, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in programmes. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid cohort is capped at the fees paid for that cohort.
6. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that disrupts learning, breaches security, or violates law. You may stop using services at any time; refund eligibility follows our Returns & Refunds policy where fees apply.
8. Modifications
We may amend these terms to reflect operational, legal, or instructional changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new activities; enrolled cohorts remain subject to the terms communicated at enrolment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
